Brooklands Cottage:

While every effort is made to meet the highest standards and your enjoyment everybody does have different expectations. Which is why I wish to emphasise that Brooklands is a home and not a five star hotel. It is not a conventional cottage. You can expect informality, and personal charm. If you want streamline efficiency and bland surroundings then Brooklands is not for you. Brooklands is furnished in a modern and comfortable way allowing it to be homely making it a place of personal character and charm.

Complaints:

In the event of any complaint, this should be bought to my, or the warden's attention IMMEDIATELY. Requests for compensation will not be considered after the holiday has ended. Any complaint will be investigated and rectified as soon as possible after notification.

Liability:

Every effort is made to ensure the amenities are as advertised, however, no liability will fall upon the owner/representative should restrictions be applied in the event of flood, drought affecting the water supply, power cuts, or any other occurrence outside their control.

Hirers Obligations:

To be responsible for Brooklands and to take reasonable care of it, to keep it clean and tidy and replacing any breakages or damage caused. To permit the owner or representative to enter the property at any reasonable time, to carry out any repairs deemed necessary. On no account is the number of persons to exceed that listed on the booking form which was signed by the hirer, without the owner's prior consent.
